We are pleased to update our development managed One Victoria development in Manchester has successfully topped out, on programme which has been an exceptional milestone for the team involved. We marked the occasion with a final concrete pour, highlighting the progress of our project, which features 129 self-contained apartments across two buildings.

We extend our gratitude to Torsion Construction our principal contractor, along with Day Architects, Innov8 (Employers Agent), Civic Structural Design Engineers, PDA Acousticians, CWC Manchester & Liverpool MEP, UI Consulting, and our dedicated on-site team and sub-contractors for their dedication and collaboration on this flagship development.

The next steps include the installation of the external façade and “fitting out” of our internal works, with a permanent lift installations scheduled for early June 24. The project is on track to achieve Practical Completion Q2 2025.
